Adjectives are words that can tell us many things about the noun. In other words, they modify the noun.
They can tell us WHICH ONE, WHAT KIND, HOW MANY, and most of the time must be placed before the noun.

Descriptive adjectives can tell us different things about a noun, such as consistency, temperature, speed, color, size, and appearance.
Below you will see some examples of the different categories:
- CONSISTENCY: thick, soft, solid, hard.
- TEMPERATURE: hot, warm, cold, cool
- SPEED: fast, slow, quick, hasty
- COLOR: yellow, pink, gray, blue
- SIZE: large, short, tiny, tall
- APPEARANCE: ugly, handsome, gorgeous, pretty
